Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after your purchase is delivered. If you would like to exchange or return your online purchase please email us at billing@jhherefordranch.com with your order number. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we can only be held responsible for the cost of shipping on the return or exchange if we are at fault for the original shipment.
